We are happy to announce the launch of our new and unified support centre! You can now open a support ticket, find answers to your questions, or browse our knowledge base all from one central location: https://support.signiant.com/
Below are answers to some questions you may have about the new help centre:
How do I open, view or edit support tickets?
You can view, create, and edit your support tickets by going to https://support.signiant.com/
and clicking on the “Login" button on top-right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password then click on Log In. Once logged in, you can view and edit any of your currently opened cases by clicking on “My Cases”, or create a new ticket by clicking on “Create a New case”.
1- You will be required to register for an account upon your first login, a simple process that can be started by clicking on the “Create An Account” link.
2- All your current open and resolved tickets have been migrated and will be displayed in your “My Cases” list. We are still in the process of migrating the historical data for all your closed tickets.
Can I still contact support via email and telephone?
Absolutely! We will gladly continue to respond to your emails and phone calls, which will now be tracked under your cases in the support centre as well. Should you wish to review notes from your phone call, or look up an old ticket, simply log in to your account and view your list of cases.
How does this affect me?
In addition to providing our customers with 24x7 access to our user guides and support knowledge-base articles, our new support centre allows us to respond to your tickets much faster and scale to our expected growth.
As we continue to migrate content to the new support centre, we will be shutting down some of our current community web sites. The following sites will be closed in the coming weeks:
