[Nov 25, 2015] Product update: Support for Chrome and Edge

Dear Signiant Customer,

As you know, our development team is working on delivering a reliable solution to fully support Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. 

We have recently released a preview version of the solution to a limited number of users. This phase has allowed us to identify improvement areas before wide release to everyone. The Signiant development team is completing work on those identified areas.  We will continue to provide updates as they become available. Please continue to advise Media Shuttle and Media Exchange users to use Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer to transfer files.
