End-of-Life Schedule

Signiant agrees to provide support for the last two releases of our software. We support the current release and the release available prior to the current version. Customers who are not using software from one of the last two major release streams will receive “best effort” support, and are strongly encouraged to upgrade to maintain continuity of service.

Signiant App

Unsupported Versions:

  • Windows: 1.3.1535 (May 17, 2018) and earlier
  • Mac: 1.3.1034 (May 17, 2018) and earlier

Announcement Date: September 7, 2018

Migration Path: Update the Signiant App via the Check for Update option in the application menu. The application will automatically download the latest version of the Signiant App and begin installation.

Media Shuttle Storage Server

Unsupported Versions: 2.7 and earlier

Announcement Date: April 23, 2018

Migration Path: You can upgrade Media Shuttle Storage Server using an automated or manual download. Learn how to upgrade your storage server on the Signiant Help website.

Unsupported Versions: 11.4 and earlier

Announcement Date: June 20, 2017

End of Maintenance: January 1, 2018 - Final date for bug fixes and security patches.

End of Support: March 1, 2018 - Final date for Signiant support of this version.

Migration Path: Customers currently on Release 11 are encouraged to upgrade to version 12 or later. Numerous enhancements and bug fixes are offered in newer releases.

When upgrading to a more recent release, certain software images may no longer be available, some hardware platforms may no longer be supported, and there may be changes to memory requirements.
