Signiant agrees to provide support for the last two major releases of our software, and will support the current release available and the release available prior to the current version. Customers who are not using software from one of the last two major release streams will receive “best effort” support, and are strongly encouraged to upgrade to maintain continuity of service.

Migration Path: Customers currently on Release 11 are recommended to upgrade to version 12 or later. Numerous enhancements and bug fixes are contained within newer releases.
When upgrading to a more recent release, certain software images may no longer be available, hardware platforms may no longer be supported, or there may be changes to memory requirement.
