In order to provide our customers with world class support, we strongly recommend you run the latest versions of our products, which also offer improved reliability, security, and performance. To support this, Signiant set policies in place to retire old versions of the Signiant products. Please refer to this page for details on supported versions and upgrade paths.
Important Updates: Product & Technology Support Lifecycle Chart
Supported Releases: v14.x and v15.x
Signiant agrees to provide support for the last two major releases of Manager+Agents software.
We support the current release and the release available prior to the current version. Customers who are not using software from one of the last two major release streams will receive “best effort” support, and are strongly encouraged to upgrade to maintain continuity of service.
Signiant SDCX Server
Supported Releases: v5.x and v4.x
Please refer to our Product Lifecycle table for v4.x EOL date
Signiant agrees to provide support the current major release (including all minor releases) of the SDCX software.
Signiant provides support for the last major release for a period of six months from the EOL announcement date.
Customers who are not using supported versions of the SDCX software will receive “best effort” support, and are strongly encouraged to upgrade to maintain continuity of service.
Migration Path: You can upgrade a Signiant SDCX Server using an automated or manual download. Learn how to upgrade your storage server in Signiant's Help Center.

Supported Releases 1.4.0 and 1.4.1743
Signiant agrees to provide support for one year from the date of Signiant App release.
Please refer to Product & Technology Support Lifecycle Chart for details on currently supported Signiant App and EOS dates.
Migration Path: Update the Signiant App via the Check for Update option in the application menu. The application will automatically download the latest version of the Signiant App and begin installation.
Operating System Support
Announcement Date: March 20, 2020
Signiant SDCX Server no longer is no longer supported on the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows 7
- Microsoft Windows 8.1
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
Unsupported Versions: 12.x and earlier
Announcement Date: July 27, 2019
End of Maintenance: July 27, 2019 - Final date for bug fixes and security patches.
End of Support: January 27, 2020 - Final date for Signiant support of version 12.x. Version 11.4 and earlier are no longer supported.
Migration Path: Customers currently on Release 12 are encouraged to upgrade to version 13.0 or later. Numerous enhancements and bug fixes are offered in newer releases.
When upgrading to a more recent release, certain software images may no longer be available, some hardware platforms may no longer be supported, and there may be changes to memory requirements.

Signiant Flight CLI
Unsupported Versions: Build 600 and earlier
Announcement Date: February 28, 2020
Migration Path: You can upgrade your version of Signiant Flight CLI by downloading an updated version.
