The End-of-Life Schedule is available on support.signiant.com.
Why is Signiant making this change?
Support for High Availability mode is being discontinued as the overwhelming majority of our customers are running in virtualized environments to provide enhanced reliability.
How does this change affect me?
All future releases of the Manager+Agents product will not support HA. To upgrade your HA Managers to version 15.0 (and further future releases), you must convert the Manager to a single node prior to the upgrade. Instructions can be found here but we recommend you contact us prior to the upgrade to discuss the process in detail.
We understand that our Manager+Agents software is a critical solution for your business and its availability is crucial to your operations. We will be happy to discuss more scalable deployment strategies for ensuring effective high availability and efficient disaster recovery.
If you have any questions, please contact Signiant Customer Support.
Sincerely,
